NORMAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE
ALL feeder orders must be placed by Monday Night, 11:59 PM Pacific Time to receive them the same week (unless you order the "overnight" option below). In all other cases, they will be shipped the following week (Holidays may affect this schedule). Crickets are normally shipped via Fed Ex or On Trac.

Feeder Guarantee
**FEEDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF YOU DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE WHEN IT IS DELIVERED ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT! IF POSSIBLE, HAVE YOUR CRICKETS SHIPPED TO AN ACTUAL BUSINESS ADDRESS, NOT A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FEEDERS IN WEATHER COLDER THAN 35 DEGREES, AND HOTTER THAN 90 DEGREES WHEN THE BOX ARRIVES. MAKE SURE TO LET YOUR CRICKETS WARM UP AFTER ARRIVAL. CRICKETS GO DORMANT IN WEATHER BELOW 60 DEGREES, AND LOOK COMPLETELY DEAD. WARM THEM UP FOR 6 HOURS BEFORE ASSUMING ANY ARE DOA. ANY DOAS MUST BE CALLED IN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL.
Have your feeders held for pickup
Do you live in a cold, or hot area (below 55 or above 85 during the day)? If so, you can request that your feeders be held at your local Fed Ex Customer Counter for pickup. You must call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to find out if you have a Fed Ex center near you (this is not an authorized drop off location, it must be an actual Fed Ex center for this option. Get that address and use that as your shipping address) They will usually call you when your box arrives, but be aware of when it is supposed to arrive please. This is much safer during extreme cold or hot weather. To choose this option, type "hold at Fed Ex for pick-up" in the "comments" box when you are checking out. Thank you.
