Ships as three pound dimensional weight if shipped express service via UPS or Fedex. Fully insulated with 1/2″ eps foam on all 6 panels. 200 lb. test outer shipping carton included. Lightweight, sturdy and reusable. Unlike one piece foam coolers our insulated boxes break down for easy storage.

We have made these boxes just under 8x8x7 so Fedex and UPS will not round them up to the next size.
