I purchased a Nosy Be/Ambilobe cross last week. He was suppose to have arrived on Tuesday, but because of those terrible fires, he didn't arrive until Wednesday. He was shipped to the Fedex center in the building that I work in since I couldn't be home to sign for him. He sat with me for a few hours at work and I left early to get him home. When I opened the box, he was sound asleep! He's doing very well, didn't take him long to start moving around his new home. He is so adorable, I didn't realize how small he was going to be! Well I wanted to say thank you for doing a wonderful job keeping him safe during shipment! I love my new Chameleon whose name is now Wildfire! Thanks again! Stay safe!

I just got my new sandfire beardie baby yesterday via fedex.....HE IS BEAUTIFUL. I'm calling it a "he" for now. He was very alert and let me hold him right away. My veiled chameleon is wonderful. It's like he loves to change colors. I would expect (him) to be brown but he has been yellow, green, and green with black polka-dots. he is a great aimer and he LOVES mealworms. all my friends are calling me chameleon guy. I just received my pygmy chameleons today, and I cannot even bring to words the awesome condition that they arrived to me in! The packing was the best that I have seen! I have to say thank you. I bought a pair of large Sulcatas from you the other day and everything looks great. I put the female in my yard and she started eating in about 15 min. The male started eating right away. Thats not the best part though. About an hour later from them eating they started to mate. This morning they've been mating none stop. For an $800 pair of large Sulcatas that are already mating, THATS A GOOD BUY.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to LLL. On Monday I discover eggs that I wasn't expecting and they appeared to all be fertile. I rushed to the store to rig a homemade incubator and immediately hopped online and ordered a real one from you guys. I couldn't afford to overnight it, but thanks to you superfast processing and shipping I received my order just as fast as it would've been had I been able to overnight it. Eggs are in there now and appear ok still. Thanks again you got yourself another lifetime customer!!!

I received my my baby snow corn snake 2 days ago, and I can't tell you how pleased I am. The snake is healthy and already excepting mice. I ordered an incubator online and then realized that I needed it sooner than the due date. I called and spoke to an employee and explained the situation and had the order changed to overnight and found the employee very helpful and friendly. Received the incubator and my thermo-hygrometer the next day. I then called for crickets and mealworms and received them in good shape. You have found a new customer for my reptile supplies.

I received my box turtles just as you said. Wednesday morning. They are doing fine and I am very pleased with them. The two young females are already feeding. The large male is looking over my other female eastern cousins.

You guys are the best reptile store out there! Offering ridiculous low prices at with high quality products! I searched all over the net to buy crickets and most internet places offer them around 25-30 bucks including shipping for 1000 crickets. You guys offer them at 17.00 shipped!! And not only that, when I received them they came in great shape! Gut loaded and healthy!! It saved me numerous trips wasting gas for a few doesn't crickets which are tiny. My bearded dragon has grown about 2 inches in length and fat within the past 2 weeks after feastin on your crickets!!! Very happy dragon! You've got yourself a customer for life!!

I recently bought a graceful chameleon on July 18, 2007 and I was worried the conditions it was going to arrive. When I opened the box and inspected my color friend, he was moving about and healthy as a race horse. My son is delighted and it doing well. The male childrens python arrived Friday 7/13/07 in perfect condition. It's the 1st time I've ever seen a reptile show up without any signs of stress whatsoever. Hello, I wanted to express my happiness with your service.

First of all, the baby albino sinaloan milk snake is doing very well. He has shed his skin since arriving three weeks ago, and is an aggressive eater. He is very active, friendly, and seems to enjoy being handled, not unlike my 8 year old female sinaloan.

Secondly, I want to thank you for the promptness with which you replace the broken door on my visionarium. These new cages look very nice in my office.
