I just want to say thank you for the big plump colorful male leopard gecko that I recieve today 2-14-06. I wanted it for a Valentines day gift for my girlfriend. She loves it. It is just a little bigger than the 2 female leopard geckos that we have had for about a year now. They seem to be getting along so far, even though it has only been a few hours. Just wanted to drop a note to the management of your stores. We started visiting the O'side store some months ago with little more than questions about a Herp for my 10-year-old son. Your staff was attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable. The Girl who helped us talked directly to my son and with a few questions helped guide us to a perfect pet. Our Crested Gecko has become great friend. And since then Dad has found a new corner of a life long aquarium hobby. The dart frog vivarium is nice addition to the fish room. I was just letting you know that the Macklotts came in today. They are perfect typical macklotts. You should have seen the face on the poor lady who delivered them. The female came right out and bit the hell out of me. She freaked and i was just happy to see them alive. You guys are the best. I will definitely order more animals from you in the future. Just to let you know the temp this morning was only 23 degrees.

We received our two baby leopard geckos this morning, and they are doing great! You can tell that they are healthy and active. Our supplies arrived yesterday, as did the mealworms we ordered for the geckos, and everything is in excellent condition! We look forward to purchasing from you in the future!

Thank you for the excellent first ever snake we have ever owned, a Ghost Corn Snake we purchased on December 3, 2005 from the Oceanside store. He is doing great and we decided to finally give him the name of Casper-not totally original we know, but we think cool. He ate his first meal-a thawed pinky mouse without any problems at all. He is calming down nicely as we hold him a bit each day, and we, who never thought we'd own such a pet-well all we can say is-totally awesome pet! Thank you for all of your help and information, and we will certainly be making future purchases through your store. Again, thanks for everything, you are definetely the best and most knowledgeable people in the herp industry we have found.

Just writing to let you know that the Monitor arrived safely (and early) this morning. It is exactly what I asked for and thank you so much for accomodating my requests. It is beautiful, healthy, and has a better temperament than the other two I have that are the same age. Your packaging was some of the most professional I have seen in a long time and the caresheet was a nice added touch. I also appreciated the Holiday discount (that was a pleasant surprise). We have purchased feeders and supplies from you for a while, and now I'm sure we'll be regular livestock purchasers as well. Thank you very much for everything.

Ever since I bought my first Cornsnake two months ago, Ive ONLY been going to and ordering from LLLreptile. I even went back 2 weeks later and bought another cornsnake to keep him company. LLLReptile is the best place for beginer to advanced reptile keepers. They are very knowledgable, helpful and will do anything they can to set you up with all the necessary equipment/pets. Usually you see unhealthy animals in the huge chain stores but when you walk into LLL Reptile every animal is active, healthy and feeding. Also the prices are very low compared to any other store(the cornsnake, and all equipment was well under $150, in comparison shopping at 3 other stores the total was $275). Thank you LLLreptile for all your help...
