We just wanted to let you know that the Northern Pine Snake arrived here safe and sound, and ate two mice the same night that it arrived. Hey just wanted to drop a line and tell you guys once again how much i enjoyed another purchase from you. My argus flavi crosses from 3mos ago are growing by leaps and bounds, and my new argentine bw tegus i just bought today at the mid atlantic reptile show were eating and basking minutes after bringing them home. Not only am i impressed with the animals i bought but the other animals you had on display were also beutiful and healthy looking, if i had more money i would of bought all your yellow tree monitors. The man i talked to was skillet, and he was easy to talk to, and didnt seem just out for the sale, he took time to talk to me, and made sure i was getting what i wanted, first rate guys, keep up the good work, you have a customer for life with me. I purchased a Zoo Med Iguanarium via a recent reptile show in Garden Grove, CA. I would like to say I couldn't be happier and neither could Ben and Cannibus my two Green Iguanas. It was delivered within a week after I ordered it. It was easy and safe to assemble and use. Not only am I extremely pleased with the product but your customer service is OUTSTANDING! I had noticed a descrepancy between the price I was given at the show and that listed online and was immediately given the difference without any hassle. Furthermore, when I was researching the product and what I would need in general to make my pets more comfortable, the people I spoke to were not bent on selling me stuff but truly interested in helping me out. The captive bred eastern hognose arrived today. I have owned many eastern hognose snakes but this one has the best colors I have ever seen. Already spreading its hood and hissing, it appears very healthy. I am very satisfied. Thanks, Frank

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks a bunch. I received my Green African Mantid today. He has already eaten a cricket and a fly, and drank from the plants that I sprayed water on. He is an awesome color green and is very alert and active. I thank you for the timely manner in which he was shipped and the absolute greatest packaging job he was shipped in, I have NEVER seen any online pet shipper put so much dedication in the packaging, and maintaining the health of the animal. I bought a mangrove monitor a while ago and it was too mean and flighty for me so I called you guys about a return and you guys accomodated me in every way.I got a Tegu in exchange and I think its more healthy than I am, haha. Dear Scott, The Green Anaconda arrived and is very healthy. I am surprised at how friendly he is. Today I handled him for over an hour and he never became vicious or tried to bite. hey guys n girls at lll reptile, i just wanted to tell u that i am thrilled with my 8 in. german giant, he is so nice when he is warmed up under the heat lamp n the uvb n uva bulbs, he turns to a bright yellow. he arrived here in NJ at 10 a.m. there were no problems, he was in perfect condition, when i put him in the tank he ate 5 wax worms and 3 crickets!!!! and a few minutes later he ate some romiane lettuce. i wanna thank u guys alot ur the best!! i will always get my supplies from u guys thank you!! p.s. i named him jason!!

I just wanted to say good looking on the Biak GTP I bought from you guys at the San Diego show a few weeks ago. It is eating f/t mice and is perfect. I dont know how you can sell them for half the price of other breeders, but there appears to be no difference in the quality of snake. The only pet store near my house is a "big chain store" and their prices are crazy ($35 for a reptisun 5.0 bulb), your website has been a great alternative to being ripped off. Thanks Ty

LLL Reptile & Supply, Hello my name is Steve Martinez and I've been talking to you all for 2 months now about a snake that caught my eye about a year ago! I collect and deal with a lot of exotics but this one snake was a breath taker, once I found out the name "Sumatran Blood Python", I was convinced I had to add this species to my collection! I did my research through different pet shops and breeders but I was still looking for someone to take the time and help me. I remember going to a reptile expo down in New Mexico and seeing your display of some awesome reptiles and supplies, then I knew I had to look into your company! I visited your web site and knew my next order will be through you all, I just needed to ask some questions first to more less understand how you maintain the snake I wanted to get. After a lot of e-mails with Scott I finally placed my order and I received it today July.15,2004 and let me tell you its a well kept, healthy, colorfull awesome snake! She came in real calm not wanting to strike (yet), and packaged very well!!
