I recently became a customer of lllreptile. Before I knew nothing about this store or site. Because of previous problems with shipments of crickets from other companies I decided to look for another place to order crickets. Browsing through the internet I came across lllreptile. I looked at the store and instantly became intrigued. The site had great products and prices on reptile supplies. I knew I needed to try a shipment of crickets. My shipment arrived 2 days ago. Unfortunately it wasn't what I ordered. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Erin. She talked to me for about 10 minutes like we have known each other for a long time. She said that she was sorry and that the whole shipment would be replaced at no charge. Today the new shipment arrived and I was very pleased at the result! My beardie Turk is happy with huge healthy crickets! I WILL BE PURCHASING MORE CRICKETS AND SUPPLIES FROM LLLREPTILE! SO FAR IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS.

In August I got a CB juvy Boelens python from LLL. I was fearful to get such an exotic from what we might call a 'box store'. But I was given assurance from Kate that she was indeed CB and the photo I was sent was what I would receive. Boelens are often thought of as a difficult species and rare as they are. A year passes and you won't see one offered. This was my FIRST purchase from LLL. Let me say this: what was promised was EXACTLY what arrived. In fact, although supposedly finicky eaters, I unpacked the box and passed a mouse over the open bag and the Boelens ate her first meal in the packing box. She is 'museum quality' beautiful and the highlight of of my 30+ python collection. LLL promised and delivered. More importantly I am a chronic complainer. With LLL , no complaints here.

I received my female Argentine Boa a week ago, and I love her. She is gorgeous, and has the most amazing temperament. She is fast becoming my favorite snake out of two Ball Pythons, a Super Ghost Boa, a Sumatran Red Blood, and an Orange Head Borneo Short Tail. Just wanted to say I received my baby carpet python female, this is the second carpet python I have bought from you. I live across the country in Pinellas County, Florida, and she was alert, curious, and very well packed. She's a little one, too, only 24 grams! One day she'll meet her 2,500 gram sister! Chameleon arrived and was very lively... was actually upside down in the container looking at me when I opened the box instead of hiding. she/he climbed up my arm pretty quickly and I put him in the enclosure. In no time it ate 3 crickets and seems to be doing very well. Very healthy looking and does not seem phased coming from CA to NJ. Just wanted to give you an update that all is well.
