Thank you guys so much, excellent service, beautiful baby ball python and when I asked for a male, that is exactly what I got. Thank you guys again, his name is Mojo. The packaging was extremely careful and the heat pads were still warm when I took them out. He is really docile. I am letting him get used to his tank.

They both got in fine on Friday. They both ate quickly Sunday night. (The Black Milk snake shed after delivery.) They are both great snakes I will check with LLLReptiles when I am looking for another snake.

All four of my newly purchased fire belly newts have arrived. They were a bit lethargic upon opening but all arrived alive. They are now in the cage and are perking up very nicely. I have observed no less than three of them feeding already. I am supremely happy with my purchase and with the quality of the animals and shipping/packing. Thank you lll reptiles.

Thank you for the lobster roaches. They were in great shape when they arrived. I think only about ten died of the 500 roaches i ordered and there seemed way more than 500 so thanks again and i might order some more roaches soon and many other things to come.

Where do i begin first off id like to say LLL Reptile is an awesome company and awesome people running it great customer service. Now lets get to the snake i ordered small Sumatran blood python i expected a just regular Sumatran and i asked the guy on the phone to pick me the best one little did i know he freakin would pick the best one that he had i couldn't have been more pleased couldn't have asked for a better snake hes as calm and tame as a trained puppy his colors are so perfect he could pass for a tomato blast albino blood python all i can say is if you have any doubt or reason to not pick LLL Reptile as the place to buy your reptile or reptile supplies lose it cause its the only place ill ever go for my reptiles. Im sure you guys have better things to do and read but! I just wanted to tell you you guys have an amazing site! I will be making many future purchases from you since i am starting to breed my reptiles again! I will need many supplies and i now know who i will go through...i wish i had the money to come out and visit your store maybe one day i will!

I have used you for quite awhile now and over the summer I exploded with the number of bearded dragons I have. First year of breeding was very successful unbeknownst to me that I was going to be breeding. Anyway, with the number of mouths I had to feed, I decided to try another company because it was a little cheaper. Well, cheaper does not mean better! I was receiving crickets and all other kinds of insects. On the last order I received over 6 spiders in my order and that was it! I am back and here to stay. Thank you for providing such clean crickets and superworms and for such fast service! Keep up the great work!

I have received my two Vison 622 and one 600 series cages as of today, and they arrived in good shape and prior to expected delivery. It was great to have a semitruck pull up to the door with a power lift gate to off load the pallet with 3 large cages.

LLL really delivers on excellent customer service and killers prices! I just received my last order and Everything was PERFECT! They ship your items carefully and make sure to have a checklist to go over instead of a plain invoice. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service, either via the phone or email. Thanks a lot for your time and the info! My family has really enjoyed our new addition!! "Tortuga" seems healthy and happy; and is getting quite used to us and really seems to enjoy his baths/soakings and being feed by hand. My wife is allergic to ANYTHING with fur or feathers and now that my kids are a lil' older I wanted an indoor pet other than a fish.
