I visit the Oceanside location a few times a month for feeders and supplies. Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. It's obvious that they really care about, and love working with, reptiles. In addition to supplies, I've also purchased several inverts, a pac-man frog, and Kenyan sand boa from this location. All of these animals have surpassed my expectations in looks and health. Thanks guys...I really appreciate everything!

I just wanted to let you guys know that I love your company. I have purchased a couple of snakes and bunch of supplies from you and have traveled to your oceanside location several times. Every time I was helped by a knowledgeable friendly member of your staff and left feeling happy. You guys rock!

The frogs arrived just fine and are doing great. They were well packed and the heat packs were still warm and the frog's moss was still moist.

My pine snake and Tarantula arrived today, I was pretty nervous about ordering online even tho I have heard good things about lllreptile.com. I'm happy to say those good things seem to be true. Both animals seem healthy and are adjusting well to their new homes. Thanks tons - Carl

The Greek tortoises I bought from your store are just beautiful! They are wonderful, healthy little guys. They have delighted me ever since the minute I opened the package. Very affordable and has tons of supplies to ship. When I received my ball python, it came the next day by Fed Ex. I opened the box up and the top of the lid had heat warmers, inside the box contained the snake in a nice clothed bag. The snake was very comfortable and warm. Just got my 75%Diamond x 25%Jungle carpet today and it beautiful. With the temps being below 35 i wasn't sure if i should have it shipped. But it was very warm and active when it got here. I just wanted to let you guys know how AWESOME you are! I buy all of my frozen mice from here & the price is UNBEATABLE!!! I searched & searched for a decent price on some locally in Houston but had no luck. You really can't beat no tax & the shipping is already included in the price. I love it! I recently went to Petsmart to find an undertank heater for my 75 gallon terrarium, & they actually wanted $44 for just that. I came to your site knowing I would find a better deal & got not only the large one, but one for my 20 gallon tank as well...you guys beat the price! I got both for $47 with shipping included & you really can't get much better than that! You should really consider opening here in Houston you would make a KILLING!!! Thanks so much, Jennifer W. I hope you guys keep going as you currently are. I searched the net and every competitor you have and your prices are unbelievable and unbeatable. I will definetly be returning for all my reptile needs. In todays economy saving a few dollars here and there is a plus. If I would have placed my order w/ someone else, I would have spent between $20-$40 more.

I'm writing to let you guys know that I am very pleased with your service. My new Monitor is happy and healthy, he eats great and loves his new home. When I got him I was scared since Fedex messed up on the location, but once I got him. He was as happy as can be! I'm also very VERY surprised that he is tame! he has not hissed or whipped his tail or puffed up at all, he lets me hold him and loves his back rubbed, this is shocking since he is a little bigger then a newborn.
