Hi! I want to thank you soooo much for my super friendly baby boa! This is important as Im in a wheelchair, with limited range of motion, and Id hoped for a nice baby that Ill be able to handle and spend time with for years to come. I received her in a timely manner and your support team were very kind, especially Erin. I named her valerie, and she has a 37 gallon long cage all to herself! She accepted 2 frozen thawed fuzzies from me yesterday (monday)!!!! Shes a great animal, and I love her! When she arrived, she climbed onto my wrist, coiled, and allowed me an hour and a half of petting her and still didnt want go into her cage!

My chameleon arrived safely this morning. I'd like to thank you for such awesome service. It is a very beautiful and healthy animal! I'll be getting more critters from you from time to time. I am looking at creating a vivarium and after it is done I'm thinking about putting some arrow frogs in it.

I just recieved my black and white banded california kings in the mail and i can't express how impressed i am with the color the snakes are beautiful i will definetly be back for future reptile purchases.

Hi i just wanted to let you guys know that i received my 6 (3ball pythons, 3 Columbian Boa) snakes today and was very happy to see they got here healthy and active. Wonderful customer service i am not really a person that buys animals or supplies threw the internet but you guys really out did your selfs thank you very much.

baby savannah arrived alive and well, i read the instruction u sent and let em chill in his cage for a bit before i turned on his lamp and he was off and running very alert even ate a few bits of worm top notch service and animals

The Three Toed Box turtles arrived alert, healthy, great looking and within minutes of being released into the enclosure they were romping around exploring their new home. My green anaconda arrived today and I just wanted to say, Tank You so much. He is very healthy, active and your customer service is wonderful. I would also like to say that pictures just can not do justice to the quality of animals you sell. The anaconda I received looked amazing, very dark green and high orange on the face. I just wanted to let you guys know how pleased we are with our animals that we got from you. We ordered a Leopard Tortoise from you in April and she is great! She's very active and eats like a piggy! We ordered 2 baby bearded dragons from you this month and they are also doing great! The animals are clean, warm, and healthy when they arrived. I purchased a water monitor last weekend at the Raleigh, NC show from your booth. I have never seen a more tame, active, great eating monitor in better shape in my life. He is only 14 or 15 inches and acts like a tame adult. I was actually looking at the other one ( you had two), but the rep. said that this was the better animal and he was right. Thanks so much for the great new pet. Exactly what I have come to expect and always receive from LLL.

Almost 9 years ago, I purchased a baby bearded dragon & some supplies from LLLReptile. I am happy to report that my bearded dragon is still alive and kickin' and in wonderful health. The supplies I purchased at the time were also some of the lowest prices on the net! I am glad to see that still hasn't changed and it has kept me coming back after all these years. I just wanted to tell you guys what a great experience I had visiting your Oceanside store. I'm from the Philippines and have been an avid browser of your website. I was in Southern California for a week so made it a point to visit your store to pick up some supplies and check out all the animals. I was not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Great selection and prices for supplies, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a fantastic collection of animals that were obviously very well cared for. Kudos to you guys for doing an excellent job.

I received the little one via FedEx about an hour ago! He arrived safe and sound, a little sleepy from the trip across country but within 30 minutes he was cruising his new house checking everything out! I was surprised to see him so active already! Everything I've read said they may need a couple of hours to chill out, not in my guys case!

The packaging was done wonderfully, marked well and he was snug as a bug! I was worried for nothing! You guys were incredibly helpful and had the best prices on tortoises! I can't wait to show off my Leopard Tort, he is beautiful!
