I received my baby Savanah monitor on time and very well packed. He was a bit cold, as this is Montana, but he warmed up quick and started acting like a normal curious Savannah. He ate the first night and then quit. 2 days later he's eating again and has a huge appetite. He demands he be fed by 8am, and is a voracious eater. We just love him. And are so thrilled with LLL reptile. Thank you so much for the very bright spot you sent in these dark days. He is perfect!! I called to ask a few questions and the customer service was top notch. Thank you!!

Hello! I just ordered a male citrus beardie from LLL and I gotta say; my experience was absolutely, unbelievably great especially for the price! The shipping was right on time and when I brought him home he was perfectly healthy, well fed, totally calm, and the exact size of animal I was anticipating. My testimonial: this is my first LLLReptile order, and I just wanted to say that I received my baby tortoise last week as scheduled and it was better than I had expected. The tortoise had good weight and was active and lively out of the box and seems to be acclimating well under my care, even more so than my other older tortoises I currently have when I had them shipped to me years ago as babies/juveniles. To top it all off, it is a really good looking baby tortoise, too, if I do say so myself, and I did not even notice the extra scute (I really had to look for the extra scute on this one to make sure it matched the order description!) No wounds, no chips, no scratches, no bruises, no nipped tail, no cuts: just a healthy, nice-looking baby tortoise who apparently is not too shy and loves to eat. Thank you very much, and I would definitely recommend LLLReptile for people looking for pet tortoises!

Words can't describe how satisfied I am with my experience with lllreptiles. I ordered a Beardie from lll. They were prompt in their response. I ran into a snag with the time I chose for delivery and had to change the delivery address. They took it in stride and happily allowed me to change my shipping information with no objections. When I saw my beardie for the first time I was amazed at how tiny she is (we have several beardies in differing stages of growth from juvenile to adult) and how colorful, bright eyed, and healthy she appears. She is already running around and playing in her vivarium like she's lived there since the day she was born.
