My eastern box turtle hatchlings arrived today and boy are they cute! One of them already ate 2 wax worms and a bite of greens. Hello, I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with the customer service I have gotten from you and how quickly I received my screen cage for my Chameleon. It was very easy to put together and my Chameleon loves it and even eats his feeders a lot better in his screen habitat. A group of teachers and I stopped by your Oceanside store today to purchase our classroom pets. The staff was extremely helpful and was willing to answer every question, no matter how many different ways we asked them. The service was exceptional! One employee took the time to sit on the floor with a special needs child and allow him to hold a very expensive designer ball python. That parent (and teacher) will be back later this week to purchase a less expensive ball python for her child. =)

We also noticed how clean and well stocked the store is. There were so many choices. Deciding which pet my second grade students would enjoy the most was difficult. In the end I chose a ball python. My little sponges will be so excited to watch our new classroom addition grow this year.

I will definitely recommend LLL Reptile to all my fellow Vista teachers.

Scorpion Suckers have been received and are in excellent condition, thank you for the promptness and should be a good scare for the trick or treaters this halloween!

I got my order last week Thursday and was so very happy with my new babies! The female Oustaletts Chameleon is so beautiful and so active!I love her so much!! Thanks for the baby albino burm, received it Wednesday. Seemed to be very healthy and active. When tried feeding Friday morning at 3:30am it was no problem, great eater also. Thanks a lot for everything.

Theres no way to improve your customer service. I made a mistake when I placed my order (size of bulbs) and when I realized I called and the associate went out of her way to help me. She went to warehouse to see if my items were shipped, she ended up getting the my order and re-packaging with the right size bulbs and I still received my order as stated. AAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++ service. Thank you

I received them (animals). I am very impressed. Both came in healthy and they ate right away. Great quality, I will definitely use you and recommend you as well. The water monitor ate from tweezers, I have never seen one so calm at this size.

I got my baby blue bar panther chameleon yesterday and he is exactly what i wanted. He was ready to climb out of the box and on to my hand and right into his new home.
