I received my Tiger Reticulated Python a couple weeks ago and I'm absolutely thrilled since this was my first live reptile purchased online. The colors are amazing and he's so active and attentive! Plus when I was worrying all the time, the phone representatives we're super nice. Thanks a ton for dealing with me! My retic eats readily and every time I look in his cage to check his gauges he always greets me! Isn't mean and is just absolutely incredible! Love it! You have a friend in Louisville, KY if you ever need free advertising of your company!! I highly respect what a great job you guys do!

I received my baby pancake tortoise this morning he is doing great! His color is wonderful and is active and had a small meal of organic greens.

I received my blue bar amblobe chameleon a few weeks ago. He has adapted well and is eating and drinking well. I was worried about the time it took while shipping from CA to south bend IN. I received my baby female Ball Python this afternoon (04-29-2011). She came in perfect condition and very active. Though I was not there physically to pick out my new addition, the warehouse found the perfect little girl for me. I have been extremely satisfied with all of my reptiles from LLL Reptile and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

For reasons unknown having real problems this year with regulating temp/humidity - so I wanted to get the incubator asap. There was no option for expedited shipping (that I noticed, anyway) in checkout, so I added a request in the comments at the end. This has not always been the best way to modify an order in my past experience, (not with you) so I wasn't holding my breath. Well, it ships today and arrives tomorrow.

Just wanted to thank-you so much for the great experience of ordering day geckos from your company. My son and I were very impressed with the packaging they arrived in. The geckos themselves are absolutely beautiful!!!!! Have not seen healthier geckos in along time. The size of the geckos at first made us think that we had made a mistake in ordering. On Monday March 21, 2011 I purchased the adult male Banded California Kingsnake and he came Tuesday morning well packed and in great condition. I decided to name him Domino. He is extremely docile and took to being handled very well. You guys really take good care of your animals and once again I'm very pleased with my purchase and will do business with you again real soon.

My mangrove snake just arived healthy and in great condition. Thank you all very much for this. LLLReptiles is the best!

I have been reluctant to order any animals online, but your customer service was excellent and the Mangrove snake came in looking sweet.
